Disassemble in Storage Unit

Apr 18, 2015

Thirteen years ago, I refelted this pool table. Unfortunately, a few years ago the homeowner had to downsize and I moved this table out of Orange County to Moreno Valley. The table was originally in a garage and we were able to keep it intact using a special ramp and dollies.

Now, its owner has found a new home and will be able to set the table up again. Unfortunately, it’s quite a distance away so it will be reassembled by another billiard mechanic. We did, however, go out to the storage unit and properly disassembled the 8′ three-piece slate pool table, leaving the pieces on site. The contents of the unit will be personally transported to its new home, therefore the slates do not need crating.

Moving a pool table as a whole is generally not recommended and can only be done in certain circumstances. So, although this one sat unused and completely assembled for years, it needed to be properly disassembled to make it to the next destination safely.

We offer pool table dismantling services, along with moving and other pool table repairs. Please call our Orange, California Billiard Service center for more information.
