My poor old back is still sore this morning. This past Saturday we delivered a custom-built nine-foot Connelly La Paloma. It was a great sale, but I must always remind myself that I’m the one who’s going to have to deliver every custom pool table we sell. Here are the specs on the La Paloma. As with all Connelly pinnacle series billiard tables, it comes standard with a solid oak or maple cabinet which is constructed of two-inch-thick lumber. Connelly also offers other types of hardwood such as cherry or hickory. The oversized three-piece slate bed is 1.25 inches thick and weighs a whopping 300 lbs. a piece! I’m so glad the client’s home had an elevator which he luckily allowed us to use.
