Moving a Pool Table for New Floors

Apr 8, 2010

Moving pool tables for new flooring or construction is one of the most common billiard services we provide. The pool table is disassembled in its current location, moved to an adjacent space, then moved back to the original spot when the new floor is complete. But this week in Laguna Beach, CA we tackled some interesting pool table moving conditions. Upon arrival to disassemble this 8′ Golden West pool table, we found it sitting on floors that were starting to get new concrete. We had to navigate narrow footpaths to get through the wet cement to get the pool table to the garage.

Please remember to schedule pool table disassembly prior to new flooring. We were able to get this table to a safe place without getting cement on the any part of the pool table. Now if we could only say the same for our shoes and the hemlines of our pants…
